Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    During peak seasons (November - December) processing may take up to an additional 2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping

    Ground 7-10 days after processing  - $10 or Free on orders over $75

    Express Shipping

    3 business days after processing -  $17.50

    Free Shipping Threshold: Free standard shipping on all orders over $75

    Delivery estimates begin after your order has cleared processing. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rebel Girls is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

  • Orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days.

    All shipments are insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We’re always happy to help with any supporting documentation if needed.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or via your Shopify order confirmation page.

    If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder first. Still not found? Contact us at shop@rebelgirls.com.

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase.

    At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — check back for updates!

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

    1. Check with neighbors and all household members
    2. Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation
    3. Wait 24–48 hours — packages are occasionally scanned before final delivery
    4. Contact us at shop@rebelgirls.com if the issue is not resolved

    If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

    Note on porch theft: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout if available, or using a secure delivery location.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shop@rebelgirls.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees apply at standard rates.
