Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking measurements against your body measurements for the best fit.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at shop@rebelgirls.com and we'll do our best to help. If your order has already shipped, you may return eligible items per our Returns Policy.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also log into your account at shop.rebelgirls.com to view order status.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-10 days after shipping, depending on your location and selected shipping method. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items cannot be returned. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Visit our returns portal at shop.rebelgirls.com/returns and follow the instructions. You'll need your order number and email address.

Discount Codes & Promotions

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the "Discount" field at checkout and click Apply. Discounts will be reflected in your order total before payment.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Discount codes cannot be applied to already-discounted or sale items.

Terms & Conditions for Back to School Bundle Promotion?

This offer is only available for pins, patches, and bag charms ("Qualifying Items") and Stay Rebel Crossbody Bags ($45) or Stay Rebel Belt Bags ($35) ("Eligible Bags") purchased together through the designated Back to School Bundle feature on shop.rebelgirls.com. Items added to cart separately, outside the Bundle feature, do not qualify for this discount, even if a Qualifying Item and Eligible Bag are both present in the same order.

• Each Bundle built through the Bundle feature, consisting of one Eligible Bag and one or more Qualifying Items, and receives 15% off the combined price of all items in that Bundle. Customers may build multiple Bundles in the same order.

• Returns: If any item within a Bundle (the Eligible Bag or the Qualifying Item) is returned, the Bundle discount is recalculated based on the remaining item(s) in that Bundle, or voided entirely if the Eligible Bag is returned. The value of the discount attributable to the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund issued. If the refund value is insufficient to cover the discount owed, the customer will be charged the difference to the original payment method.

• Exclusions: Discount does not apply to Sparkle Trucker Hats, CharmIt! Necklace, CharmIt! Bracelet or CharmIt! Charms, clearance, final sale, or previously discounted merchandise. Cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or offers.
