Refund Policy

We want you to love your Rebel Girls gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below before initiating a return.

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Not marked as Final Sale (refer to your shopping cart or order confirmation e-mail)

Final Sale Items

The following items labeled as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Anything sold at a discount of 50% or greater

Final sale designation will be clearly noted on the product page and in the shopping cart at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Defective or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us or submitting through Loop.

Preference returns (size, fit, changed mind): You may choose to return your items using a carrier of your choice, at your own expense, to the address listed below. You can also process your return through Loop for a $7.50 fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

We do not offer refunds on original shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to decline a return if:

  • The item does not meet our return condition requirements
  • The return is initiated outside the 30-day window
  • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • The item is marked as final sale

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@rebelgirls.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
